Resolved - A fix for the issue that caused some users to be redirected to the trial setup flow when logging in to the Jobber Mobile App has been released.

To ensure the fix takes effect, please uninstall and reinstall the latest version of the app (v6.55).

Update - We are aware that some Account Owner users are still encountering the trial setup prompts in Jobber Mobile App today.
As a workaround, we recommend completing the setup prompts, or use Jobber Online in your phone or tablet's mobile browser.

Identified - We have identified the issue and a fix is going out with app version 6.54.1

Version 6.54.1 is now live in Apple's App Store, and impacted users can update their Jobber app to this new version. We are still waiting for the app update to go live in the Play Store for Android users.

Accessing getjobber.com on a mobile browser remains the recommended temporary workaround for any impacted Android users until app version 6.54.1 has gone live.
