Investigating
We are investigating an issue with Requests. Upon creating a Request from the Schedule, individual Client pages, or the Property within a Client page, selecting More Options causes Requests to fail to transfer Client details such as name and property, or details entered into the Request when it was created on the Schedule. This affects users who create Requests from the Schedule or Client pages in Jobber Online. We recommend creating Requests from the Request tab or Quick-Create menu.
