We have fully investigated, and are no longer experiencing issues with sending and downloading Job Forms on Jobber Mobile App iOS. To resume functionality, please update the Jobber App to version 6.46.1.
Our Engineering team is actively discussing how to prevent future disruptions similar to this one.

Our team has identified the cause of the issue preventing some users from sending and downloading Job Forms on Jobber Mobile App iOS. We are working on a fix and will advise when it has been implemented.
For now affected users should continue to send and download Job Forms via Jobber Online as a workaround.
